On December 25, 2008, 38 year old Margaret Sweet, also known as Mae or Shelby Jamison, was discovered by her father on the front porch of their residence on the 1300 block of Fosdick Circle in Colorado Springs Colorado with an apparent gunshot wound. Ms. Sweet was fatally wounded on the evening of Christmas Eve, her car door remained open and all valuables were left behind.

Her family has been waiting for justice ever since, and Christmas has never been the same for them.
